The essence of the Kumon Method is the curriculum of distinct skill levels broken down into smaller blocks. They are given worksheets for other non-kumon days.
The students spend about 1/2 hour to 1 hour, at the centre twice a week, depending on the ability, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Preschool and early primary students flourish with progress through the levels in small, manageable increments.
