The Foot Switch features intelligent software to monitor the limit switches and Hall Effect Sensor and then in turn, outputs the correct signals to the Drive system and the shuttle car electrics. Presenting the use of a specially designed Energy Harvester Generator in conjunction with purpose designed and built electronics to implement a multipurpose, electrical power supply and Control and Lighting System, all powered from an idler roll on a ordinary belt conveyor as used in Coal Mines and Materials Handling Conveyors in other industries. The electrical power generated by the Conveyor Roller Energy Harvester can be worn for sensors, internet, cameras, lighting and other specialized applications along the conveyor system without the need to run an electrical supply along the length of the conveyor, which in some installations can be many kilometers long. The generated power is also old to power a LED lighting system along the conveyor which can be old to light up the customer’s product in the conveyor as well as the walk way which in turn enhances safety and productivity along the conveyor system. The software is purpose designed and controls and monitors all the necessary requirements for the Generator Harvester Control System. I want to talk about the baggage, or packaging that comes along with these things we buy. At IRS Design, we send our products all over the country, and even internationally. A practice that we've had in place for years now is to reuse our packaging we take when we order our parts that we use to manufacture our high quality creative equipment. For us, what's inner the box is what is important and what we receive maximum pride in. We also receive pride in the fact that we reuse all the packaging we receive, and very rarely have to buy it. We have a section of our factory dedicated to storing packaging and boxes of various sizes and shapes so that we can reuse them when sending out our products. There are times we send out significantly important orders, and times that we send out a insignificant mend job to one of our many valued customers. Many of our customers will also recycle the packaging we send to them. For instance when we sell an EMU Spirit Dispenser and send it to a customer, it could be years until we hear from them. When we take the EMU for repair, many times our customers have held on to the creative packaging and sent the EMU to us stuffed up almost equivalent to how we sent it out. The advantage of the shredded paper being in the snap lock bags are plentiful, maximum importantly though, the advantage for our purposes is that the paper doesn't fall in difficult to come places inner our electronics equipment that we build.
