Community owned, 0-5 years illawarra area child care is a community owned, care and education, non profit, non profit organisation that provides child care centre management and early childhood training services. Iacc manages ten services throughout the illawarra and shoalhaven regions. Iacc is committed to providing high quality, families, affordable early childhood services and training programs for children, staff and the community.

Illawarra Area Kid Care Ltd (ICC) has successfully managed community owned hasty childhood services for almost 30 years, and has grown to be an organization held in lofty regard in the early childhood education and concern sector. ICC is committed to providing optimum work environments for staff and healthy resourced premature childhood environments for young children and families. We value positive relationships, collaborative approaches and occupied irritable culturally with accepting and respect. We foster our services to be individual, inspiring, innovative and resourceful. In addition we labor closely with local, state and federal governments, the local community, and related hasty childhood agencies to yield quality early childhood education and concern and hasty childhood training. In 1988, ICC established the Hasty Childhood Training and Resource center (ECTARC), a registered training organization specializing in premature childhood training to bear promote programs for our employees. ECTARC is now a multiple award-winning training organization that encourage and trains students in a range of qualifications and professional development. This is a voluntary Board of Management whose membership is made up of parent representatives from each of ICC’s services and members of the local community. The Board is responsible for the overall management of the services. The Board must ensure that all services operate within licensing regulations and adhere to all legislative requirements governing children’s services. The center Director is responsible for the day today operations of their service.
