City Medical center is a busy fresh practice in the Sydney region whose success is aspiring by a core of tall personable and dedicated staff. cycle were engaged to manage the construction and fit out of the project which was in the second and third levels of an existing building on Crown St. The project caters for 75 staff with a 12 person lunch room, kitchens on two levels and a range of busy zones including meeting rooms, tranquility rooms, casual meeting areas private offices and individual desks. Our team managed all areas of the fit out including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical data, partitions, floor coverings, design and supply of a custom reception desk. The fit out comprises a dramatic reception area, 4 individual offices and meeting rooms, 45 work stations, staff room, balcony area and toilet areas and is spread tastefully across two floors. We were engaged to manage the whole design and construction project and provided the breakthrough thinking to get this project from concept right through to satisfactory completion including the furniture supply and installation. A range of sections are incorporated into this office facility including the main service area, members lounge, open plan offices, private offices, interview areas, lunch and a staff break area.
