Prawns are delivered directly to our processing plant, where they are sorted, peeled, washed and individually speedy frozen in our cryogenic freezer tunnel. This purpose built plant can process up to 25 tonnes of product per day, has freezer storage capacity for 600 pallets and wet storage for 2,600 fish boxes. A fleet of refrigerated and MSW Food Authority accredited trucks, transport our products to their needed destination.
