Our philosophy focuses on the importance of play, as through play children learn and develop. By providing a warm, nurturing and secure environment we promote children’s learning. We also admit the need to support polite life enhancing relationships, by recognizing the kid as being suited and focusing on definite experiences, ensuring connections are made with the wider community. Our philosophy shows that we honor and respect all individual differences. Our program recognizes and includes the child and their family in the context of our wider community. The experiences we give are wealthy with choice and aimed at fostering creativity within a social context, building on a child's independence and self esteem. We see the social construction of knowledge as central to our planning and programming. Children influence the direction and flow of our day, as do your (parents) comments and our reflections. We acknowledge the children’s, educators, parents and community interests, whilst providing opportunities for the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, language, angelic and creative curriculum areas to be developed.

We would like to thank everyone for their support. Situated above bull Football Club we have the vast amusement in accessing the football field, club house and surrounding bush area. The environment is the third teacher and reflects the interests of the children. With three rooms named the Turtle, Dragonfly and bullfrog, the children have the opportunity to grow and develop with appropriate, stimulating and hard resources. The resources spark and enhance the children’s play and leisure. Staff ensure the needs and interests of the children are catered for. Together children, staff, families and the community set the direction of investigations and projects. At Balls Paddock Children’s center, we recognize the importance of play as one of the main ways in which children learn and develop. We encourage each child as competent in making their own choices about learning as they strive to make meaning about themselves and the world around them. We trust that by providing a warm, nurturing and secure environment which supports children’s learning, will contribute to a mighty bottom for lifelong learning. We trust in providing staff that are nurturing, experienced, capable and professional. We grasp intentional teaching as a way to construct upon each child’s existing knowledge and experience. Belonging: We create a sense of belonging through supporting secure, respectful and life enhancing relationships. We do this by respecting and honoring collaborations between educators, children, their families and partnerships within the wider community. As Educators we encourage ongoing learning and reflective practice through extending our professional knowledge of children, families and our wider community. We place equal importance on utilizing our educator’s personal attributes through reflective practices and we genuinely enjoy busy well as a team. Becoming: We believe in the importance of the early years as a time of developing and shaping children’s identity. As premature childhood professionals, we extend each child’s interest and support individual strengths through role modeling and sure reinforcement. Balls Paddock Children's center is able to accommodate 43 children who are supervised by qualified hasty childhood educators that labor in each of the three rooms. Bella created a collage using feathers and crepe paper (2 years used Turtle Room). This year we have to boxes available: The Mirth load which includes Freddy Frogs and Caramello Koalas, and the Sweet Fill which includes four diverse chocolate bars such as marvoulous, etc.
